Where is my order confirmation?

If you have recently placed an order, please check your spam/junk folder, most confirmation emails/texts will be automatically sent as soon as you have placed an order. If you have any further questions in regards to your email confirmation, please submit your enquiry to support@thebagsstreet.com

Where is my order ?
If you have placed your order and have received your confirmation email, your order should be on its way to you very soon. If you have placed your order on a weekend or a public national holiday your order might experience slight delays, depending on the postal services/couriers. 

Do you provide COD?

We have an option of Partial COD. The charges for Partial COD are INR 150. In this case, you have to pay the COD charges (INR150) online at the time of placing the order and remaining amount at the time of delivery.

INR 150 remains non-refundable in case you fail to accept the parcel or deny the delivery.

I have received a wrong / faulty item!

If you have received a wrong or faulty item, please provide an unboxing video of the product from start to end within 24hrs of receiving your delivery and submit your enquiry at support@thebagsstreet.com. If you fail to notify us within 24hrs of receiving your order, we cannot guarantee a full refund for your order.

When will I receive my refund?
If you are sending an item back to us (in damaged case), please make sure you obtain your proof of delivery. Once we have received your item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days. Once we have processed your refund, you will receive a confirmation email. 

How do I exchange my order?
We are sorry but we do not provide a service of exchange.

Do you provide cancellation?
Within 24 hours of placing the order, you can send us the email regarding cancelation with reason, once cancelation is approved within 48 hours refund will be processed and in 7 days amount would be reflected in your bank account. If the order has been shipped already, we won’t be able to cancel it.

What happens if I type in the wrong address?
If you provide us with a wrong address and the shipment has not been sent out please email us at support@thebagsstreet.com & we will change it to the correct address. If it has been sent out, it is not our responsibility to re-send that item with your new address, so we request you to please make sure to type in your correct address when placing your orders!
